Socio-Economic Inclusion
Impact Investment & Crowdlending
Description
To start or maintain a business is a laborious job, and in the post-COVID era, it is even more arduous. We believe we need to support those that want to create social impact in their local communities.
The main challenge is to create a platform for crowdfunding using blockchain technologies that will empower hundreds of entrepreneurs and benefit thousands of people worldwide. The second challenge is to provide a great UX in the platform for both investors, customers, and entrepreneurs.
Guidelines
Create a platform where Social Entrepreneurs can expose their business projects that aim to create value for themselves and the community around them and Impact investors can select their chosen projects to invest in.
The challenge is to ideally (not mandatory) create a platform that will offer the following:
Good UX and smooth user flow. KISS, Keep it Simple
To allow data transparency
Zero or lower fees, lower interest rates than the market. You can also create new business models
Sign up/Sign in
Allow Social Entrepreneurs to upload their projects and to describe them
Include a set of standards and options, so entrepreneurs can complete the funding or the lending cycle. For instance:
Get a loan/funding
Repay the loan
Validate the payment of a loan
Offer the Impact Investor a return for their investments
Trace credit scoring of Social Entrepreneurs
(Optional) Offer Investors liquidity of their loans so they can re-sell them to other Impact Investors
